Salary: $65,300 CAD - $97,900 CAD

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new AI Virtual Agent customers, from initial activation to active usage.
- Drive product adoption by tracking usage metrics and leading optimization sessions to unlock customer value.
- Manage a book of business with a sharp focus on retention, customer health, and measurable ROI.
- Handle first-level technical configuration and troubleshoot booking failures or support issues.
- Act as the voice of the customer by translating friction points into actionable feedback for the Product team.
- Partner with GTM and marketing teams to refine onboarding playbooks and feature adoption campaigns.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or solutions engineering within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing the post-sale lifecycle: activation, adoption, retention, and renewal.
- Ability to handle technical configurations and troubleshoot product behavior under the hood.
- Data-driven mindset using adoption metrics and account trends to prioritize tasks.
- Must be based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in the home services industry (e.g., GM or Ops Manager).
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- BA/BS degree.
