What you will do

• Answer high-impact business questions on churn, upsell, and feature adoption using reliable data.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects including AI-powered self-service SQL query tools.
• Support teams in adopting Looker and onboarding to a new BI tool.
• Improve documentation, data models, and best practices for self-service analytics.
• Scale AI/self-service initiatives based on feedback and drive business outcomes like preventing churn.

Requirements

• Fluent English B2 level or equivalent
• Strong SQL knowledge and basic BI tools (Looker, Tableau etc.)
• Basic GitHub knowledge
• Willingness to learn data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt)
• Interest in data modeling, warehousing, and reliable queries
• Curiosity, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills
