What you will do

• Lead credit analysis and rating assessments for new and existing reinsurance/insurance counterparties
• Partner with origination and deal teams to evaluate transaction structures and risks
• Review financial statements, legal docs, operating plans, and due diligence
• Provide indicative rating feedback and present recommendations to Credit Committees
• Monitor portfolios via annual reviews, ad hoc assessments, and ongoing monitoring
• Support rating methodologies, tools, process improvements, and mentor junior colleagues

Requirements

• Significant experience in financial/credit analysis within reinsurance or life insurance
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, transaction structures, and counterparty assessment
• Experience with credit rating frameworks and methodologies
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and participate in committees
• Analytical skills for macro/micro trends with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and clear communication skills
