What you will do

• Lead a team coordinating asset transfers for contract and plan terminations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to meet timetables and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in collaboration with company and client teams.
• Supervise, mentor, train, hire, and performance-manage staff of 6-7 associates.
• Manage client relationships during the termination process.
• Document team procedures and manage operating costs, expenses, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years relevant experience or 6 years without degree.
• FINRA Fingerprinting required.
• Strong customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge of retirement plans (401(k), 403b, 457, IRA) and multiple product lines.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word), strong organizational and communication skills.
• Full management responsibility with autonomy, cross-functional collaboration skills.
