Location: Anaheim, California (Onsite). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.

Salary: Base $150,000; On Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding $235,000.

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops with executive and technical stakeholders to assess business goals and risk tolerance.
• Own the technical direction of Business Transformation Assessments (BTA) to develop remediation and modernization roadmaps.
• Design fully managed or co-managed services solutions across infrastructure, cloud, identity, backup/DR, and security.
• Position and scope SOC-backed security services, including MDR/XDR, email security, and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop client-ready recommendations, proposals, and statements of work (SOW) with detailed technical diagrams.
• Partner with Sales to qualify fit and deliver executive-level presentations and technical win plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT and/or cybersecurity, progressing from technical roles to strategy and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
• Strong working knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux fundamentals, and endpoint management.
• Proficiency in modern security operations: EDR/MDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.

Nice to have

• Experience working in managed services (MSP) or consulting environments.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, Network+, or certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, AWS/Azure.
