What you will do

• Maintain an accurate inventory of servers, networking equipment, and other IT assets within the data center region.
• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of IT materials, ensuring safe storage and distribution.
• Conduct ongoing audits of asset inventory to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize resource allocation and hardware availability.
• Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits, providing regular reports to management.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records to prevent future issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with asset management software.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
• Must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work in a data center environment and lift heavy objects.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
