Scientific Education Manager (m/f/x) (Dental Solutions EMEA)

Location: Remote, with the position associated with Seefeld, Germany. International travel may exceed 30%.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, academic advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the creation of scientific evidence, education, and strategic communication content.
• Organize online and face-to-face educational programs across EMEA.
• Present clinical and technical information to teams, customers, associations, and universities.
• Provide specialized clinical support on digitally designed orthodontic and restorative products, with a focus on Clear Tray Aligners.
• Share clinical insights and gather customer feedback to improve market awareness.

Requirements

• Dentist degree or higher and broad knowledge of dental and orthodontic treatment processes.
• Fluent French and English, spoken and written.
• Experience designing and delivering curricula for healthcare professionals and developing key opinion leader strategies.
• Strong knowledge of orthodontics and dentistry, including aligners, biomechanics, and restorative workflows.
• Strong customer focus, organizational and prioritization skills, communication, presentation, and product demonstration capabilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.

• Clinical experience in orthodontics and dentistry.
• Experience working across functions, cultures, and countries.
• Goal orientation and MS Office knowledge.
