What you will do

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of automated digital client onboarding portal journeys.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and Product Managers to create user-centric onboarding experiences.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Map and optimize back-office workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Integrate onboarding platforms with trading systems, KYC/AML tools, and client data repositories.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, specifically in back-office or operations.
• Hands-on experience delivering digital client onboarding portals or similar customer journey platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Solid knowledge of pre-trade and post-trade processes in trading environments.
• Strong documentation skills including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow mapping.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with KYC/AML onboarding systems and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of capital markets and various financial instruments.
