What you will do

• Monitor and analyze investor transactions daily to identify and investigate suspicious financial activity.
• Conduct research and detailed investigations on complex cases to make risk-based decisions.
• Support the creation and implementation of AML processes and procedures for transaction monitoring.
• Provide professional advice and guidance regarding AML/CTF laws within the company.
• Collaborate with international customers from various jurisdictions to better understand financial behavior.
• Contribute to the development of a strong AML/CTF compliance culture.

Requirements

• About 1+ years of experience in the AML field within a financial institution.
• Hands-on experience performing transaction monitoring for both legal and natural persons.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings in a structured manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for explaining complicated matters simply.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Riga, Latvia office
