What you will do

• Manage requests for information from local authorities and supervisors in a timely manner.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into compliance matters and suspicious activities.
• Perform full customer analysis and due diligence reviews as part of AML Policy.
• Align AML policies and procedures with local regulations and international standards.
• Support the Head of Compliance Mexico with PEP escalations and possible SARs.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve critical user queries.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Compliance Standards and AML/CFT (crypto or financial services industry preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in management, law, or social sciences.
• Strong understanding of local AML regulations and international standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability in research and pattern recognition for unusual or suspicious activities.
