What you will do

• Evolve compliance framework for tokenised asset activities, focusing on institutional-grade structures, distribution models, and products like tokenised equities and real-world assets.
• Oversee AML and compliance operations including policies, client onboarding, supervision, transaction monitoring, and adverse event reporting.
• Support onboarding and oversight of institutional partners with due diligence, KYC/AML, and contractual frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory developments in tokenised securities across jurisdictions, primarily JFSC, FCA, and equivalents; advise on product design and structuring.
• Provide compliance input across product lifecycle from issuance to trading and disclosures.
• Offer first-line compliance support to institutional teams on new products, business development, and counterparty due diligence.
• Prepare compliance reporting for boards and regulators; maintain policies and controls.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Jersey financial services law: Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998, Control of Borrowing Order, and JFSC framework for investment business and VASPs.
• Familiarity with JFSC tokenised asset regulation or ability to quickly adapt to evolving landscape.
• Experience running or contributing to compliance programmes in regulated financial services, ideally institutional/wholesale markets.
• Comfort with multi-jurisdictional complexity and working with ambiguity ahead of regulatory frameworks.
• Strong written communication for papers, correspondence, and documentation.
• Self-directed with clear escalation judgement.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with tokenised securities, RWA issuance, or structured digital assets.
• Prior JFSC engagement including supervisory requests or consultations.
• Exposure to MiCA, UK MiFID, or trading venue frameworks.
• Multi-jurisdictional regulatory engagement experience.
