Salary: $24.11 USD - $33.15 USD Hourly

What you will do

  • Lead and train employees on the assigned 2nd shift.
  • Oversee daily workflow, assignments, and production operations.
  • Provide performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate resources, and ensure safe, efficient results.
  • Review and verify quality of work against blueprints and wiring schematics.
  • Track production schedules, recommend productivity improvements, and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements

  • Must be located in USA, Fontana, CA (onsite production floor)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years in manufacturing (assembly or wiring a plus); 2+ years supervisory experience.
  • Understanding of production operations, machinery, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; basic tools and math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; prolonged standing/walking; wear PPE.
