What you will do

• Design and deliver high-impact product features across the full stack.
• Develop scalable APIs and services using Node, Go, and AWS infrastructure (EKS, RDS, RabbitMQ).
• Build intuitive user experiences with Vue 3.
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow to optimize quality and speed.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate customer problems into technical solutions.
• Maintain automated tests to ensure system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering customer-facing features in a SaaS product environment.
• Backend expertise in Node, Go, or similar languages.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or React.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems on AWS.
• Must be based in Poland for a remote employment contract.
• Active use of AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude) in daily development processes.

Nice to have

• Experience building or contributing to AI-augmented product features.
• Specific experience with the Teamwork tech stack: Node/Go, Vue 3, and AWS EKS.
• A portfolio demonstrating AI-driven improvements in architecture, testing, or documentation.
