Senior Fullstack Product Engineer (React/Node or Python)

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Product Engineer (React/Node or Python): Building internal tools, APIs, dashboards, and interactive product experiences used across sales, marketing, production, and customer-facing platforms with an accent on high-ownership system design, architecture, and performance. Location: Remote, preferred Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina)

Designs and manufactures premium window and door systems used across North America, building internal software platforms, visualization tools, and digital experiences.

What you will do

• Build production workflow dashboards, scheduling tools, sales/marketing analytics, and automation connecting internal systems.
• Develop web-based product configurators, interactive visualizations with parametric options (size, color, materials), and UI integrations.
• Contribute to public-facing website including product pages, landing pages, performance-optimized frontend, and SEO.
• Design REST APIs, backend services with Node.js or Python, and SQL databases.
• Use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Codex for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and accelerating development.

Requirements

• 4+ years full-stack engineering experience
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Experience building production web applications
• Experience designing APIs and backend services
• Experience building internal tools or operational software
• Ability to own projects end-to-end
• Portfolio or GitHub required

Nice to have

• Experience with Three.js or WebGL
• Experience with data visualization frameworks (D3.js, ECharts, Recharts)
• Experience building product configurators
• Docker
