What you will do

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Design scalable backend services and APIs
• Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and query optimization
• Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS (ECS preferred)
• Own features end-to-end from design to production
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams
• Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience
• Use AI tools to accelerate development workflows

Requirements

• Proficient in English for remote collaboration
• 5+ years in full-stack software engineering
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React experience
• Building and shipping complex production features
• Owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end
• 0→1 product development experience
• PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• AWS or cloud environments (ECS a plus)
• AI tools in daily workflows
• Strong cross-functional communication

Nice to have

• HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech experience
• Integrating AI/ML solutions in production
