What you will do

• Contribute to and influence architecture decisions and establish team patterns
• Own complex product challenges from design through shipping
• Support other engineers via code reviews, design feedback, and pairing
• Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to build scalable solutions for clinical workflows
• Drive improvements to technical debt, reliability, and developer experience
• Actively use AI tools in daily workflow and contribute to best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping complex features in production
• Track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end
• Experience contributing to 0-1 builds
• Proficient with AI coding tools as part of daily development
• Clear communicator collaborating across engineering and product stakeholders
• Passion for improving mental healthcare

Nice to have

• HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech experience
• AI/ML integration in production
