What you will do

• Build and maintain a scalable, self-service test platform and infrastructure as a managed service.
• Implement SRE disciplines to ensure consistency, reliability, and observability of the test experience.
• Design advanced infrastructure practices for lab hardware, including self-healing and failover systems.
• Collaborate with DevExp and Release teams to integrate test execution into build and release workflows.
• Develop hardware abstraction software to simplify test suite creation for other developers.
• Triage and repair test platform failures to unblock development cycles.

Requirements

• Experience developing and testing complex software systems, preferably in embedded environments.
• Strong coding skills in C/C++, Python, Java, or similar, and proficiency in Bash scripting.
• Experience with SRE practices, including on-call rotations, monitoring, and alerting.
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS) and distributed systems.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

Nice to have

• Experience building hardware abstraction software for non-production-ready physical hardware.
