What you will do

• Lead end-to-end launch of new blockchain networks from testnet to mainnet, designing deployment architectures for validators, nodes, and RPCs.
• Ensure production readiness with monitoring, alerting, backups, failover, and security; create repeatable launch patterns and runbooks.
• Build and operate infrastructure across cloud and bare-metal, improving automation with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps.
• Implement observability with metrics, logs, traces; define actionable alerts and participate in on-call and incident response.
• Apply security best practices, support key management, and collaborate with infrastructure, protocol, and security teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering; operating production systems at scale.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, networking, and at least one cloud (GCP preferred).
• Observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki); CI/CD and GitOps (ArgoCD); scripting in Go/Python.
• Experience in distributed/high-availability environments; strong debugging and communication skills.
• English B2 minimum; EU time zone.
