Hybrid, connected to the local office in Belgrade, Serbia. Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Serbia.

What you will do

• Collaborate with art and programming teams to bridge artistic vision and technical implementation.
• Create and maintain technical PSD files for game implementation.
• Lead and develop technical tools for games.
• Support artists and engineers in the art pipeline.
• Profile and optimize game assets for memory and performance while upholding high user experience standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in art, Web Design, Game Design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio or demo reel, including slot/casino artwork (realism, symbols, UI, key art) — applications without it will not be considered.
• Experience with game engines, especially Unity.
• Full eligibility to work full-time under local employment contract in Serbia.
