What you will do

• Rapidly produce hand-drawn sketches in various styles for ideation and AI input.
• Generate concepts, backgrounds, and assets using AI tools like Stable Diffusion, Flux.
• Overpaint and refine AI outputs, fixing anatomy, lighting, and artifacts.
• Switch seamlessly between hyper-realistic and casual/stylized art styles.
• Polish artwork with attention to micro-details for production readiness.

Requirements

• 3+ years in professional 2D Artist or Concept Artist role
• Exceptional hand-drawing, sketching, and iteration skills.
• Strong aesthetic sense for composition, color theory, and perspective.
• Advanced AI tool proficiency (prompting, ControlNet, LoRA, inpainting/outpainting).
• Proven portfolio in realistic and casual aesthetics.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines with hybrid workflow.
