Communications Associate

What you will do

• Coordinate internal communications including org-specific and company-wide announcements
• Manage execution of company-wide meetings like hirify.global Live, handling materials, presenters, and stakeholders
• Handle company social media on LinkedIn and X: draft copy, create assets, secure approvals
• Support employee engagement via Slack channels, new hire orientation, speaker series, offsites
• Serve as liaison between Corporate Affairs and other teams
• Produce presentations, talking points, write-ups, and communication strategies for events and leaders
• Oversee administrative workstreams like employee events, policies, and offsites
