What you will do
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for customer design-in, bring-up, and validation across PAM4 DSP, TIA/Driver, and AEC/ACC.
- Conduct SI/PI reviews (topology, vias, return paths, decap strategy) and correlate lab results with models.
- Offer onsite support for real-time hardware and software debugging and system bring-up.
- Align customer design requirements with technology and assist in proposal development.
- Identify design opportunities and guide customers through the overall design process.
- Provide technical training for customers and distributors' FAEs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3–10 years of experience or Master's degree with 1–8 years of experience.
- Hands-on expertise with PAM4 SerDes, optical modules, TIA/Driver front-ends, and AEC/ACC hardware.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English verbal and written communication.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (EAR).

- Familiarity with C language and Python.
