Customer Support Engineer

Focus on applying basic troubleshooting skills and providing recovery support during periodic maintenance activities.

What you will do

• Perform standard assembly work, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Provide recovery support during periodic maintenance activities.
• Keep up knowledge of relevant processes and procedures within hirify.global.
• Receive, check, and validate materials, tools, and parts.
• Provide information and clarification on existing procedures and processes.
• Handover problems to others and document all data relevant for problem resolution.

Requirements

• Secondary vocational education/associate degree with limited relevant experience
