What you will do

• Provide technical service and support sales managers with project prioritization and target setting.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues regarding out-of-spec products.
• Conduct visits to connect and collaborate with customers' technical teams.
• Identify new product development opportunities to generate additional business.
• Discover new customers and applications for the existing product range.
• Execute technical communications to promote products and demonstrate professional competence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, preferably in organic or polymer chemistry.
• 3-5 years of experience in product and application development.
• Industrial experience at a multinational specialty chemical company, specifically within the industrial lubricants area.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time for technical service within the China region.
• Proficiency in English communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
