Signal Integrity Engineer

What you will do

• Develop signal integrity solutions for high-speed platforms, boards, and packages including model extractions.
• Define SI rules, review designs, and perform interconnect simulations to optimize margins.
• Design and characterize test structures, correlate simulations with measurements using high-speed equipment.
• Debug SI issues, develop electrical specs, and contribute to industry-standard interconnect specifications.
• Document characterization reports and guidelines for platform design.
• Collaborate with IP and silicon teams to address SoC and platform-level issues like power noise and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 0-1 years experience in signal integrity solutions or equivalent.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and simulation tools for SI analysis.
• Knowledge of signal and power integrity principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with analog/mixed-signal testing techniques.
• Onsite in Shanghai, PRC

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed equipment for testing and debugging.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
