What you will do
- Design slot games based on provided concepts.
- Prepare clear Game Design Document sections and technical specifications for implementation.
- Create and maintain simulation frameworks, run RTP tests, analyze results, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure correct implementation of game designs.
- Iterate game features quickly based on testing feedback.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the gambling industry, specifically slots.
- Ability to write structured GDD fragments and technical specifications.
- Ability to clearly describe algorithms, complex calculations, and formulas.
- Experience owning key game features and collaborating with developers, artists, and producers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- English sufficient for reading technical documentation and team communication.
