Search Executive (E-commerce)

Location: Office-based (5 days per week) in Trafford Park, Manchester

What you will do

• Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns (Shopping, Search, PMax) via Google Ads.
• Monitor key performance metrics including COS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Execute SEO strategy covering technical, on-page, and content optimizations.
• Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and optimize metadata.
• Analyze performance data using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Semrush.
• Collaborate with CRM, affiliates, and content teams to align search activity.

Requirements

• Experience in Paid Search and/or SEO (agency or in-house).
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Solid understanding of technical and on-page SEO fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with feed management or Google Merchant Center.
• Proficiency with tools such as Screaming Frog or Semrush.
• Background in e-commerce or retail.
