• Act as the primary point of contact between the customers and the organization.
• Analyze customer business drivers and requirements using a consultative approach.
• Monitor user feedback to anticipate business needs and coordinate with the Product department.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions for online gambling operators.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic language.
• Must be based in or work on-site in the UAE.
• Ability to regularly report KPIs and account status.
• Expertise in the relevant sector and market.
