What you will do

• Lead the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, or café to ensure smooth service.
• Build, coach, and motivate a team of 10-12 direct colleagues.
• Drive team knowledge regarding menus, promotions, and activations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and marketing teams to bring the Mexicana concept to life.
• Monitor costs, revenue, and performance while maintaining a high-quality guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

Requirements

• Experience managing a restaurant, bar, café, or similar hospitality venue.
• At least two years of leadership experience within F&B.
• Proficiency in budget management, staffing, and cost control.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Ability to lead with energy and empathy in a fast-paced environment.
