What you will do

• Monitor and optimize yield across Sponsored Listings (auction-based) and Display/Offsite (reservation-based) channels.
• Analyze fill rates, floor prices, and bid landscapes to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain forecasting models incorporating seasonality, market demand, and yield trends.
• Implement and govern floor pricing configurations in internal tools and ad servers.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to evolve yield algorithms and bidding logic.
• Partner with regional sales teams to communicate pricing rationale and ensure consistent application.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in yield management, ad operations, revenue management, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, auction dynamics (CPC, eCPM), and SSPs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in the Netherlands, as no relocation assistance is provided.
