TL;DR

What you will do
- Own stakeholder communications including executive summaries, weekly updates, and cross-team briefs.
- Design, document, and improve operational processes, SOPs, and escalation paths.
- Monitor and analyze driver/rider feedback from CS tickets, roundtables, and surveys to identify trends and create actionable briefs.
- Lead projects impacting user experience within Rides.
- Collaborate with PMs and analysts to ensure data-backed insights and recommended actions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in product operations, business operations, program management, or similar in fast-paced tech.
- Clear and concise writing to distill complex updates into executive summaries.
- Process-minded with ability to spot inefficiencies and design workflows.
- Comfortable with data: pulling metrics, building reports, and analyzing numbers.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools and good ticket hygiene.
- Thrive in cross-functional settings building trust with PMs, analysts, and stakeholders.
