What you will do

• Monitor and manage the finance email inbox to ensure timely actions and responses.
• Process purchase invoices and reconcile supplier statements, including chasing missing documentation.
• Handle sales invoice queries and manage monthly customer statements.
• Prepare month-end files and perform financial reconciliations.
• Execute CIS verification and produce CIS statements.
• Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a finance or bookkeeping role.
• Confidence in using Xero or similar accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Capacity to work independently and manage competing priorities.
