What you will do
- Interface with banks and external partners on contracts, commercial terms, and service planning while maintaining relationships.
- Lead new service development and existing function optimization, creating BRD, user flows, and specifications.
- Collaborate with local and cross-country teams (UX, dev, QA, marketing) for task handovers and progress tracking.
- Handle routine and non-routine tasks with departments to ensure stable service operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in service planning, product, or project management; bank or EPI experience a plus.
- Heavy user of non-cash payments, familiar with EPI services and Taiwan regulations a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and communication for cross-departmental and international collaborations, including banks and agencies.
- Strong problem-solving to integrate info and provide quick solutions.
- Proactive, adaptable to fast changes, delivers under pressure.
- Fluent in Mandarin and advanced English.
