What you will do
- Shape digital and AI transformation strategies, technology roadmaps, platforms, and digital solutions.
- Identify high-value AI and generative AI opportunities, redesign processes and customer journeys, and support scalable adoption.
- Evaluate technologies, platforms, and solution options, translating business needs into technical concepts, requirements, recommendations, and business cases.
- Establish operating models, governance, ways of working, data and technology capabilities, and responsible AI foundations.
- Support complex digital transformations with interdisciplinary teams using agile ways of working from concept through delivery.
- Design and optimize IT architectures, modern custom software solutions, sustainable digital solutions, and cyber resilience.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, informatics, technology-focused business, or relevant industry experience.
- Approximately two years of relevant IT consulting experience in part-time or full-time roles.
- Strong interest in AI and generative AI, cloud, data, software, and digital platforms.
- Practical experience with generative AI and LLM-based tools, including familiarity with AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary and global contexts, willingness to travel, and excellent communication of complex topics in English.
