What you will do

• Consult with Defence and Security customers to analyze technical requirements and operational pain points.
• Design technical solutions and develop comprehensive proposals, including system diagrams and bills of materials.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders in collaboration with the sales team.
• Lead product demonstrations and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) activities to validate technical viability.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure solution feasibility and provide field feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical pre-sales or system engineering within the radio communication industry.
• Strong understanding of RF principles, propagation, modulation techniques, and antenna theory.
• Technical knowledge of HF, VHF, and UHF radio networks and Electronic Warfare (EW) concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
