What you will do

  • Design and build AI agent workflows and LLM-powered systems for real business use cases.
  • Develop and integrate tools for agents, including APIs, internal services, databases, and knowledge sources.
  • Optimize agent quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost through iterative testing and evaluation.
  • Build prompt structures, orchestration logic, memory/retrieval patterns, and human handoff flows.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
  • Contribute to backend services and internal platforms to support end-to-end delivery of AI systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or relevant internships.
  • Strong programming fundamentals in Java or Python; knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
  • Good software engineering judgment regarding APIs, debugging, system design, and data handling.
  • Deep curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, retrieval, and production AI systems.
  • Must be based in Asia to be eligible for the Pioneer Talent Program.

Nice to have

  • Personal projects or hackathons involving LLM apps, AI agents, or RAG.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, vector databases, or agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with backend systems, cloud environments, or production support.
  • Exposure to fintech, crypto, or risk/compliance processes.
