Website & CRO Specialist (SaaS): Managing and optimizing the corporate website to increase engaged traffic and lead conversion with an accent on data-driven strategy, technical SEO, and AI discoverability. Focus on implementing A/B testing, building scalable content architectures, and optimizing user journeys to drive quality leads into the sales pipeline.

Location: Helsinki, Finland (Flexible hybrid working mode)

What you will do

  • Drive website strategy and roadmap based on data to optimize existing pages and create new landing pages.
  • Analyze site metrics and user flow data to identify friction points and enhance the visitor journey.
  • Own technical SEO and structured data implementation to support organic search and AI/LLM discoverability.
  • Build and scale template-driven pages (case studies, categories, pillars) in collaboration with Content and Product Marketing.
  • Execute a program of ongoing A/B and multivariate testing to optimize conversion rates and engagement.
  • Monitor key web metrics and provide regular reporting to Growth and Marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hands-on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website management.
  • Proficiency in creating high-converting webpages and landing pages.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, including the use of Breeze AI for optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable experiments.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1) for collaborating with international stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Semrush, SE Ranking, or Ahrefs.
  • Experience with UX/Design and tools like Figma or Miro for prototyping.
  • Background in B2B SaaS GTM motions with high-touch sales.
  • Understanding of Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience managing external freelancers and agencies.
