What you will do

  • Collect and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with key users and business owners.
  • Analyze change requests, assess impact, identify gaps, and produce detailed project specifications.
  • Act as the primary interface between business experts, GDO stakeholders, and implementation service providers.
  • Provide Level 2 support to end-users, deliver training on the eFront platform, and maintain user documentation.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data, managing remediations for financial applications.
  • Support developers in business/functional aspects of projects, specifically regarding migrations and data cleaning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis within financial organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Private Equity (PE) business and eFront software.
  • English writing skills: C1 European Level required.
  • Must be able to work onsite at the European Commission in Luxembourg.
  • Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of EIF business.
  • Professional BA certification.
