What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements to create clear functional specifications.
• Model business processes using BPMN and design UI mockups.
• Document and validate REST APIs using Swagger with YAML/JSON Schema.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Support users and technical teams as a key contact for functional issues.
• Develop test cases and prepare test data to ensure solution quality.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with senior stakeholders and product owners.
• Strong experience with Agile Scrum and the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in data modeling, XML/XSD, and JSON Schema.
• Expertise in business process modeling and writing functional/non-functional requirements.
• Fluency in French and a good level of English.
