What you will do

• Maintain and update databases for macroeconomic and sovereign risk indicators at country and time-series levels.
• Curate, clean, and validate data sourced from international institutions, public datasets, and licensed providers.
• Automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation using Python and SQL.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI and Excel, ensuring alignment with methodological standards.
• Coordinate across different services to improve the consistency of macroeconomic and financial data.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Science.
• Professional experience with data analysis within a financial services institution (e.g., investment bank, retail bank, or insurance).
• Strong understanding of macroeconomic data and sovereign risk concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data processing and automation.
• Proven experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, STATA, and/or R.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks and metadata management.
• Experience working with central banks or international financial institutions.
