What you will do

• Partner with the Game Director to define and refine design pillars and the overarching creative vision.
• Translate high-level vision into clear, executable design requirements across all game systems.
• Collaborate with design, art, and engineering teams to identify and resolve complex systemic roadblocks.
• Lead design reviews and provide actionable feedback to ensure AAA quality and cohesion.
• Manage dependencies between departments (Code, Art, Animation) to ensure clear communication.
• Set standards for design documentation, execution, and analytical thinking for the design team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in AAA game development with a proven track record of shipping major titles.
• Previous experience as a Senior, Lead, or Principal Designer.
• Deep expertise across various systems, including core gameplay loops, AI, and progression.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Warsaw or Wroclaw, Poland.
• Very good command of English.
