What you will do

• Hire, train, and mentor Game Explorers to maintain operational efficiency and expertise.
• Manage the division of project work across multiple team members.
• Define new data collection templates to precisely record and organize gameplay data.
• Conduct detailed gameplay research on various F2P mobile games, analyzing level progression, item costs, and live ops events.
• Communicate time-sensitive data and insights to the Product Insights team.

Requirements

• Experience hiring, onboarding, and training team members at various expertise levels.
• Proven ability to coordinate and organize multiple projects across multi-person teams.
• Deep passion for playing casual mobile games with in-app purchases daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the job posting location (Poland) on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
