TL;DR
Game Explorer (Gamedev): Gathering experiential gameplay data from competitor mobile apps and slots to support product and market insights with an accent on benchmark data collection and gameplay analysis. Focus on simulating diverse player behaviors, documenting resource economies, and tracking competitor live ops.
Location: Krakow, Poland. Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Play a wide variety of F2P mobile apps and Slots games daily to gather experiential data.
- Collect hyper-detailed data regarding level progression, resource types, costs, and CRM offer details.
- Simulate realistic player profiles and execute defined playthrough scripts to test behaviors.
- Monitor and track changes in key competitor applications over time.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Insights Analysts to communicate and explain gathered data.
- Assist the team lead in designing project approaches to meet specific data collection objectives.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Experience as a QA Tester or Game Tester is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including basic formula skills.
- Demonstrated ability to repeatedly collect high-quality, high-precision data.
- English: Working proficiency required.
