What you will do

• Develop and execute organic growth roadmaps for mobile games on Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and implement metadata changes to improve searchability.
• Manage the creative testing process for store graphic assets to increase app page conversion rates.
• Create content and creative briefs for art teams based on data-driven research.
• Localize metadata and creatives for key potential markets outside the US.
• Collaborate with UA, Growth, and Product teams to align ASO strategies with in-game events.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on ASO experience with a deep understanding of app store algorithms and optimization methods.
• BA or BSc degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a significant plus.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for hybrid work.
