What you will do
- Conduct independent credit assessments for new business, increased lending, and annual reviews.
- Perform technical and market due diligence to identify key strengths and risks.
- Collaborate with originators, relationship managers, and clients to shape structured credit proposals.
- Monitor credit exposures and ensure compliance with Group and regulatory policies.
- Execute customer and sector research, including sensitivity analysis of cash flow models.
- Maintain statutory reporting and data quality records.
Requirements
- Experience in credit risk management within infrastructure and project finance sectors.
- Technical understanding of renewables, PFI, and energy transition technology.
- Familiarity with UK and US jurisdictions.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and conflicting demands.
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
