IT Support Specialist (Google Workspace): Providing technical support and optimizing business processes within a modern tech environment with an accent on Google Workspace and AI tool integration. Focus on identifying patterns in support tickets to drive automation and modernizing the IT landscape.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Munich or Hamburg; remote work is possible in alignment with the team.

What you will do

Provide technical support, progressing from basic tickets to Level 2 and 3 requests.
Analyze support ticket patterns to implement automation and optimize internal processes.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
Contribute to strategic IT projects, including the implementation of AI productivity measures.
Help modernize the company's IT landscape, specifically regarding Google Workspace and related offerings.

Requirements

Must be based in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg, with a willingness to travel occasionally between these locations.
Currently enrolled in an IT-related Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and general business technology solutions.
Ability to apply AI tools to optimize personal and team operational tasks.
English: C1/C2 level required; German language skills are a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
