TL;DR

Push Engagement Manager (Marketing): Driving mobile push engagement strategy to onboard, retain, and win back users with an accent on data-driven optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on executing end-to-end push programs, A/B testing copy and segmentation, and coordinating with Product and Engineering for technical implementation.

Location: Must commute to the Copenhagen office at least 3 times per week (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end execution of push engagement programs, including onboarding, retention, and winback sequences.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on copy, timing, and segmentation to improve CTR and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless technical implementation and event tracking.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing to ensure communications resonate across various regions and markets.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to provide updates on user retention and channel health.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM, mobile marketing, or engagement marketing.
  • Deep understanding of mobile push notification best practices for iOS and Android.
  • Ability to analyze user behavior data and use marketing automation tools.
  • Proven capability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements for product teams.

  • Experience with MoEngage.
