What you will do

  • Own and execute integrated marketing activation across the Nordic region using digital campaigns, PR, and content marketing.
  • Drive demand generation and qualified lead growth to support the sales pipeline.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner for Nordic Sales leadership to align programs with commercial priorities.
  • Adapt global content and campaigns to reflect regional customer needs, language, and market dynamics.
  • Plan and execute regional events and webinars to strengthen brand presence and lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regional market insights to the central marketing team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record in running successful co-marketing and affiliate programs from concept to analysis.
  • Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable regional strategies.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (SFMC/HubSpot), and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Copenhagen, Denmark.
