What you will do

• Create and quality-check ad assets using established templates and standards.
• Maintain campaign setup and content with high attention to detail.
• Follow structured task lists to ensure timely and consistent campaign launches.
• Communicate blockers early to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support ongoing performance reviews and light operations automation work.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean execution.
• Reliability and structure in meeting deadlines.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Fluency in at least one of: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Italian.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Aarhus office (80% in-office).

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva or Figma.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Zapier, or HubSpot.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising.
• Relevant educational background or professional experience in performance marketing.
