• Modernise and elevate hirify.global's digital brand identity, owning all visual assets and UX across web, social, and campaigns to strengthen brand equity and drive commercial value.
• Produce dynamic creative content at speed using AI-driven tools to boost visibility, engagement, and position hirify.global as an innovative leader.
• Align digital brand with innovative office aesthetics and establish clear brand hierarchy for products and modules.

Requirements

• Significant experience in brand design, digital creative, or art direction in B2B SaaS, fintech, or tech environments.
• Strong portfolio of modern, tech-forward visual identities and digital-first creative.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI creative platforms like Midjourney, Runway, Descript.
• Experience in video, motion graphics, animated content for digital channels.
• Strong UX principles, web design, conversion-focused creative, brand guidelines, scalable design systems.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, sales teams.
• Creative visionary with commercial instinct, fast-paced execution, AI adopter, collaborative, high craft standards.
